Who We Are

Established with the vision of creating a heart-healthy Pakistan, PHA brings together medical experts, healthcare workers, policymakers, and the general public. Our work is guided by internationally recognized guidelines, particularly the American Heart Association (AHA), World Health Organization (WHO), and other leading cardiovascular societies.

A nation where heart disease is prevented, treated early, and every individual has access to quality cardiac care.

PHA’s work is divided into five key areas:

Awareness & Prevention

Public health campaigns (World Heart Day, Heart Walks, Screenings).
Lifestyle education on nutrition, exercise, smoking cessation, and stress management.

Training & Capacity Building

Globally recognized life-saving skills training (Heart saver, BLS, ACLS, PALS).
Workshops and CME (Continuing Medical Education) for doctors, nurses, and allied professionals.
First responder and workplace CPR training for communities and organizations.

Research & Knowledge Sharing

Supporting cardiovascular research in Pakistan.
